Wire EDM Machining
Wire EDM (WEDM) in 3, 4, and 5 axes with additional angle cutting. Tolerance ±0.001 mm, surface roughness Ra < 0.2. Zero cutting force – ideal for hardened steels, tool steels, and intricate profiles: dies, moulds, gauges, precision inserts. CAD/CAM programming from manufacturer’s software included.
Drilling, Threading & Beveling
CNC drilling, tapping, and thread cutting as standalone operations or integrated into milling and turning workflows. Metric and imperial threads, internal and external. Counterboring, spot-facing, reaming. Available as secondary operation on machined or customer-supplied blanks. Full traceability and batch records supplied.
Surface Grinding & Finishing
CNC surface grinding for flat, cylindrical, and profile surfaces. Flatness tolerance to 0.005 mm, surface roughness from Ra 0.2. Suitable for bearing seats, mating faces, and precision guides. Post-machining: shot blasting, powder coating, zinc plating, and protective coatings – all in-house. No additional subcontractors needed.

What CNC machining services do you offer?
We offer a full range of CNC machining services: milling, turning, drilling, threading, surface grinding, and wire EDM (WEDM) in 3, 4, and 5 axes. All processes are in-house under one ISO 9001:2015 quality system. They can be combined with laser cutting, CNC bending, robotic welding, and surface treatment in a single order.
What tolerances can you achieve with CNC machining?
CNC milling tolerance is ±0.01 mm as standard, turning to IT6 class. Our wire EDM machines achieve ±0.001 mm with surface roughness below Ra 0.2 – the tightest tolerance available in our CNC machining services, suitable for dies, moulds, gauges, and hardened steel inserts.
Do you supply PPAP documentation for automotive clients?
Yes. We hold VDA 6.3 – Category A certification – the highest automotive supplier qualification – and supply PPAP (all 5 levels), FMEA, MSA, and control plans as standard. We have served automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients across Europe for over 20 years.
Is there a minimum order quantity for CNC machining?
No. We machine single prototypes as well as serial batches of tens of thousands of parts per month. For regular customers we run call-off schedules and blanket orders with weekly or monthly delivery and buffer stock where required.
What materials can you machine?
We machine steel (S235, S355, C45, 42CrMo4, tool steel), stainless steel (304, 316, Duplex 2205), aluminium alloys (2000–7000 series), brass and copper, cast iron, and technical plastics (PEEK, POM, PA6, PA66). Material certificates available on request.
How do you deliver CNC machined components to Western Europe?
We deliver to 17 countries – Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and others – by courier, groupage, or full truck. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and express delivery available. Lead times confirmed at quoting stage; standard parts typically ship within 5–15 business days.
