Is PROTEC an approved automotive supplier?
Yes. PROTEC is a VDA 6.3 category A supplier and holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates issued by TÜV Rheinland. Stamped, welded and CNC machined automotive parts are produced to the customer's drawing.
Can PROTEC make components for load-bearing steel structures?
Yes. PROTEC holds an EN 1090 factory production control certificate (no. 2627-CPR-1090-1.PL0059.TÜVRh.23.02) for execution class EXC2 to EN 1090-2, covering load-bearing structures in all building types, and welding quality certification to EN ISO 3834-2.
What does PROTEC manufacture for solar PV mounting systems?
PROTEC manufactures PV roof hooks in stainless steel 1.4301 and 1.4016, wind deflectors and ballast system consoles for flat roofs. Parts are produced to the system maker's drawing from PROTEC's own or customer-supplied material, including Magnelis ZM200, ZM310 and ZM420.
What roof drainage products does PROTEC manufacture?
PROTEC manufactures gutter accessories - gutter hooks (also powder coated in RAL colours), end caps, corners, hopper heads, outlets, expansion joints and downpipe brackets - in titanium-zinc, copper and galvanised steel, also as private label. PROTEC does not produce system-length gutters or downpipes.
Can PROTEC manufacture under the customer's brand or from customer-supplied material?
Yes. PROTEC produces OEM and private label components with labelling and packaging to the customer's specification, and manufactures both from its own material and from material supplied by the customer.
Who serves German-speaking customers?
German-speaking customers are served by PROTEC Montagetechnik GmbH, the PROTEC sales company in Cologne. Production of all components takes place in PROTEC's plants in Chróścice, Poland.

Send drawings (PDF, STEP or DXF), material, quantity, annual volume and surface finish through the PROTEC contact page. Lead time is agreed individually for each project, depending on tooling, quantity and finish.
