Gutter Hangers & Brackets

PROTEC manufactures metal gutter hangers (gutter brackets) in Poland - fascia-mounted and rafter-mounted, for half-round and box (square) gutters. Hangers are cut, punched and bent in-house from hot-dip galvanized steel or copper flat bar, as PROTEC's own designs or to the customer's drawing, in series and in small batches.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a gutter hanger and a gutter bracket?

Both terms describe the same part: a metal support that holds the gutter at the roof edge. "Gutter bracket" is the common UK term, "gutter hanger" the US term.

Fascia-mounted or rafter-mounted - which hanger do I need?

Fascia-mounted hangers are screwed to the fascia board. Rafter-mounted hangers have a long arm fixed to the rafter before the roof covering is laid. PROTEC makes both types for half-round and box gutters.

Which materials and sizes are available?

Hot-dip galvanized steel flat bar 25×4, 30×4 and 30×5 mm and copper flat bar 25×4 and 30×4 mm. Galvanized hangers can be powder coated in RAL colours.

Can PROTEC make gutter hangers to my drawing?

Yes. PROTEC produces its own hanger designs and hangers to customer drawings or specifications, also on customer-supplied material.

Do you supply small quantities?

Yes. PROTEC runs series production and small orders - send a drawing or specification for a quote.
