Protec offers end-to-end custom metal fabrication including CNC bending, robotic MIG/MAG and TIG welding, laser cutting, metal stamping (presses up to 450 tonnes), CNC machining, surface treatment (powder coating, shot blasting, zinc plating), and assembly and packaging. We work from customer drawings from prototype through serial production.

Is Protec certified for automotive OEM production?

Yes. Protec holds VDA 6.3 certification and is classified as a Category A supplier with a positive VDA 6.3 P6 audit result. We are also certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN ISO 3834-2, and EN 1090-2. All certifications are issued by TUV Rheinland.

Does Protec offer OEM and private label metal production?

Yes. Protec provides comprehensive OEM and private label production - manufacturing finished metal components and assemblies to customer specifications, delivered with customer branding, labelling, and packaging. We serve clients across 17 export markets from our facilities in Poland, with sales and distribution through our Cologne, Germany office (protec.nrw).

Is Protec compliant with LkSG and CBAM environmental requirements?

Yes. Protec is certified to ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system, TUV Rheinland) and is prepared for LkSG (German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act) and CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) requirements. We provide full environmental documentation for our customers. Our production in Poland uses renewable energy sources, reducing the carbon footprint across the entire value chain.

Yes. Protec handles the full production lifecycle from prototype development through first-article approval to high-volume serial production. Our in-house tooling and die department enables cost-effective custom tooling for new parts. We produce from 50 prototype pieces to 50,000+ components per year across 52,787 m2 of production area.
