STAMPED COMPONENTS
Stamped brackets, mounting plates, clips, reinforcement parts and structural sub-components from steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Progressive and transfer dies manufactured in-house. Material thickness 0.5-10 mm, presses up to 450 t.
WELDED ASSEMBLIES
Welded assemblies and sub-assemblies produced in robotic MIG/MAG centres to EN ISO 3834-2. Full weld traceability, dimensional reports, and material certificates as standard. 100% first-article inspection for new tooling.
PRECISION MACHINED PARTS
CNC milled and turned parts to customer drawing in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. CAD/CAM support, tolerance-driven production. Combined stamping and machining processes available for complex automotive components.
VDA 6.3 is the process audit standard used by German automotive OEMs (Volkswagen Group, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Continental, Bosch) to qualify their supply chains. Category A is the highest classification – awarded after a positive P6 process audit covering production planning, process execution, quality management and delivery reliability.
